30 Days from date of receipt. All parts that are determined to be manufacture defects will be replaced free of charge by the manufacturer. Some items may carry a longer warranty period. This longer warranty period will be stated in the product description. See below for various manufacturer warranties.
This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping.
Redcat Warranty
Redcat vehicles purchased from our authorized Redcat Motors brick and mortar store:
ATVs below 250cc - 12 Month Engine Warranty and 6 Month limited factory warranty on remaining parts*.
ATVs over 250cc - 6 Month Engine Warranty and 6 Month limited factory warranty on remaining parts*.
Motorcycles - 6 Month Engine Warranty and 6 Month limited factory warranty on remaining parts*.
Scooters - 6 Month Engine Warranty and 6 Month limited factory warranty on remaining parts*.
Karts - 6 Month engine only warranty*.
Tank Sports Warranty
Limited Warranty: 36 Months or 36,000 Miles for ALL On-Road TANK, VISION & URBAN Series.
12 Months for all TRAIL & SCOUT Off-Road Products.
All warranty must be handled through the dealer where you purchased your products. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If you can not reach your dealer you will need to furnish a copy of your original invoice which must show our model number and vin number on the invoice before we can warranty your product directly.
PARTS ONLY FOR ALL PRODUCTS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS ONLY: Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. Rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and, main bearings, the connecting rods, and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head(s), engine block and cylinder barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The Cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fans. Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types (distributor, alternator and all sensors and electrical control devices), fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts linkage and fluids are not covered by this agreement.
TRANSFER CASE: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damage solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case. Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts or fluids are not covered by this Agreement.
DIFFERENTIAL: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing. Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, U-joints, electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this Agreement.
TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The Complete hydraulic system must be flushed including integral transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed. Accessory items, including but not limited to, modulators, governors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.
COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS: You must have a professional mechanic (any small engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or an authorized TANK Dealer assemble your new motorized vehicle and do the prep work to assure your vehicle is in good working condition. You will need to provide proof of this when filing a warranty claim, so keep your receipts. Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, TANK agrees (at its sole discretion and election) to replace a covered component if the covered component fails as a result of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer.
The following items are not covered under any circumstance. Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, frame.
THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE: THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC (SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP, MOTORCYCLE SHOP, OR AUTO REPAIR SHOP) OR AN AUTHORIZED TANK DEALER TO ASSEMBLE AND PREP THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO OPERATION. Proof of this is required for warranty claims. THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT. THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS. THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT IS CAUSED DURING SHIPPING. PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR. THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY. THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS.
TOWING CHARGES: All towing and/or shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
REPAIRED COMPONENTS: If the components are repaired under the terms of this agreement, they will be repaired or replaced with component parts of like kind and quality.
LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: TANK does not pay or reimburse any labor cost under any circumstances.
LIMITED WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY: THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. TANK SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.
Kipor Warranty
Kipor carries a two year warranty on Kipor generators purchased for home use. Commercial warranty is one year. Please email kiporcare@coastdist.com or call 877-544-4449 for Kipor warranty questions or claims. We are an authorized Kipor repair/Service center and can handle our local customer generator issues in our shop. Just call 740-329-3004 or email service@RAEMotorSports.com. You will need your sales receipt from an authorized Kipor dealer, and serial number.
Redcat Racing Warranty
Do to the nature of the Redcat Racing nitro cars no warranty is offered.
Return Policy
All products we sell are completely inspected before we ship them to you.
If units are received damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company that delivered the product. After you file the claim contact us so we can help with the replacement of damaged parts.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.
- Simply email us, with the problem and we will send you an RMA number and where to ship your product, if the problem requires you to do so.
- Product is refundable for up to 3 days of delivery date if unused and will be accessed a 15% restocking fee. Unused means no gas or oil has been added to the product or has not been installed and is in new resell-able condition.
- The box must contain all packing, manuals, instructions, accessories, cables, controls and all original materials.

The buyer is responsible for shipping both to and from your location (Items that offer Free Shipping are subject to shipping charges).

If we are in error and ship the wrong product, we will pay for all shipping charges. This does not include colors. There are some times that we are unable to fulfill your first choice in color.

All returns must be e-mailed in advance.

You are responsible for the correct sizing of any generator purchase.
- Warranty time is 30 days from date of receipt (unless otherwise stated). If there is a defective part they will be replaced under warranty free of charge. Email us with any questions you may have regarding defective products.

Items that have been damaged by shipping will result in a claim being filed by you with the shipping company. The result may be a replacement of product or replacement of the damaged parts.

The parts being returned must be obviously defective from the factory.

We do not accept responsibility for misuse or mishandling. Parts that are returned as defective will be inspected and will only be replaced if the defect is factual. In the event the product proves not to be defective, we will return it to the original purchaser at their expense.

Loose parts that fall off are not covered under warranty. Please insure that all the nuts and bolts, locks, fuse covers and other parts are properly fastened prior to usage. The following wear and tear parts are not covered: Tires, flats, bulbs, brakes, chain and seat. Damage due to mishandling, misassembly, misuse, accident, collision or any other cause with the exception of manufacturer defect is not covered by the warranty. |
